Why is rent so affordable?

One of the first memories of staying in America in the early 1970s was the concept of land of opportunity, but this was not possible without having an affortable place to live. This idea has become the stapple in our business philosophy by adjusting prices to help families live, raise a family, and build for the future.

What if my payment is late?

All tenents are expected to pay their monthly rent in full and on time. However, there is a $50 late fee that is added to the current rent. Failure to pay after 3 business days can result in future actions.

What if I cannot pay?

Payment is required every month to continue to reside with us. Banks and loan agencies do not wait for us and we cannot grant favors either. Therefore, we must begin the eviction process through our attorney to recouporate back rent.

How can I apply to be a renter?

Due to high demand we recommend signing up in our waitlist section to be alerted the moment a place becomes available. Once there is a vacant home we will post and reach out to everyone in our waitlist to apply.

How can improve my chances of being selected?

As a family own business we want to make sure we select renters who have a good track record of maintaining consistant payments on time from previous landloards, since we want to continue to have a strong unified community that shares the same values. Background checks and communicating your previous landlord is crucial to the decision process. Offering to pay more will not influence our decision, but your track record of consistent payments and maintaining a good standing with your previous landlord.
